Builders

November 23, 2009

Dear Modular/Manufactured Home Builder,

Today, Wick Building Systems voluntarily filed to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

After a catastrophic decline in the housing market, the Company recently made the hard decision to close our housing divisions. Now, the Company has determined that the Chapter 11 process provides the most orderly means to liquidate some of its assets, restructure its obligations and facilitate a continuation of Wick Buildings through a possible sale to a new ownership group or reorganization of the company.

Unfortunately, other than as approved by the Court, federal law prohibits payment by us for goods and services provided prior to the November 23, 2009, filing date without specific Court authorization. These obligations will be addressed as part of the reorganization process in a plan that will be filed in the company's Chapter 11 cases.

We will work with the court to attempt an orderly completion of all work which is currently in progress.
In hopes of providing you continuation of the products you know so well, we have signed an agreement with a major manufacturer who will continue to provide you product under the brand names, plans and approvals of “Marshfield Homes”; “Artcraft Homes”; and “Rollohome”. While we cannot speak for them, we know this manufacturer is excited about doing business with you. You will hear more on this is in the days to come.

While this is uncharted territory for all of us, we will do our best to keep you fully informed of developments. For additional information please visit the restructuring website at: www.WickRestructures.com

Sincerely,
