Vendors & Suppliers

November 23, 2009

Dear Trade Partners/Suppliers:

Today, Wick Building Systems, Inc. voluntarily filed to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, in Madison, WI. This does not spell the end for Wick Buildings, and indeed is essential to our plans to continue in that business.

The Company’s debt load has become increasingly burdensome as a result of the long, catastrophic decline in the housing market and the more recent general economic downturn caused by the Wall Street crisis in the fall of 2008. The Company determined that the Chapter 11 process provides the most timely and orderly means to satisfy its many stakeholders. The Company expects that this will be accomplished through a court-supervised liquidation of some of its assets and the sale or reorganization of its Wick Buildings operation.

For Wick Buildings, we plan to continue to purchase goods and services and fulfill all customer orders. Further, the Company will seek to expedite the provision under Section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code which allows for payment to vendors who have delivered goods within the 20 days prior to the filing date. The Company expects that many of its trade partners will be paid under this provision.

With respect to our ongoing business relationship, the Bankruptcy Code provides administrative priority status for post-petition orders and shipments (goods and services received after the Chapter 11 filing date). Therefore, you can be assured that we can and will pay for the goods and services you provide to us after the November 23, 2009, filing date.

Unfortunately, other than as noted above, federal law prohibits us from paying for goods that were delivered or services rendered before November 23, 2009. If you have not been paid for goods delivered before this date, you will be provided a claim form by the Court when formal notice of our filing is given to you. This form is to be completed and filed with the Court. Any distribution on the claim will be pursuant to a plan of reorganization that is accepted by creditors and approved by the Court or pursuant to other Court orders. We sincerely regret any hardship this may cause.

We value our relationship with you and appreciate your patience and understanding during our reorganization. For additional information please visit the restructuring website at: www.WickRestructures.com

Sincerely,
